ANNOUNCEMENT – ACQUISITION OF REMOTE CONTROL SWEDEN

Rotork Fluid Systems is pleased to announce the acquisition of Remote Control Sweden. RCS have been manufacturing and supplying pneumatic actuators and control solutions to the world valve market since 1961. In this time they have built up a leading reputation for providing quality products and delivering excellent service to their customers. RCS will continue to operate from their existing premises in Falun, Sweden and continue to supply their range of actuators complimented with existing Rotork Fluid Systems pneumatic product to the industry. This capability coupled with the Rotork product portfolio provides customers with an unrivalled ability to procure a complete engineered solution directly from a manufacturer with over 50 years experience in valve actuation.  

Remote Control will form part of the Rotork Fluid Systems group of companies with manufacturing plants based in Lucca (Italy), Rochester (USA) and Melle (Germany).
